Having put down my first brew in 1987 I have expanded my knowladge a lot in the last 20 years from wine from scratch to useing kit wines from my frist beer from scratch ohh the smell to kit beers to distilling spirits.

Now i am learning even more from the brewers I sell to. Goes to prove the old saying wrong, you can teach an old dog new tricks.
